[十八週] 懷孕生理狀況小更新

[WEEK18] the size of a sweet potato =]



Can you believe she's yawning, hiccuping, sucking and swallowing?
She's twisting, rolling, punching and kicking
and she's big enough that you might be able to feel her doing it!

雖然話呢胎陀得好輕鬆
其實一般孕婦的生理狀況唔多唔少我都有的

[LEG CRAMPS]
睡夢中 + 右腳小腿,次次都係呢個組合
當我一發出可憐的「嗚~嗚~」
旁邊訓緊的bubu會秒速札醒,爬去床尾幫我拉筋
到我唔再「嗚~」,疑似訓返,bubu先會爬返去床頭訓
仲未計我一晚唔知幾多次的踢被、批踭…
bubu真係好慘,而我又無辦法 =p

要避免抽筋,多飲水同攝取足夠的鈣
睡前按摩下雙腳
同埋用三角枕抬高小腿,令血液回流

唔好花錢買,報名奶粉商「美素佳兒」的產前講座
有大大個三角枕送,仲係粉紅色添~



[FATIGUE]
因為要承受埋整個胎盤重量,孕婦真係好易好易攰的!
有時搭巴士返工,遇著成車公公婆婆,或者低頭一族
就要捉實扶手紮行馬,維持呢個姿勢直至落車
上office仲要爬48級樓梯 (最近數的!) 返到埋位真係喘晒氣…
所以讓座俾孕婦真係有需要,不論肚大肚細!

有時只係企係度煮餐簡單飯
腳板底都攰到好似以前行左成日街咁,無誇張…
bubu係我放工、去完街、煮完飯、臨訓例必幫我按按腳
好細心,係有時大力左少少咁啦 =p
(佢成日話我要求的力道係︰完全唔駛用力…)

我用MUSTELA的instant comfort legs



唔特別推薦,只係因為執到超平貨 ($20)買黎用下
偏杰身唔好推,但穩陣,孕婦適用
建議可用橄欖油/防妊娠紋油促進按摩

[VISIBLE VEINS]
大脾一條條藍血管浮現,今年halloween可以拎黎嚇下人
(其實係得我自己留意到…)

[NOSEBLEED]
早於[十三、十四週]時耐唔耐會有血絲

[ABDOMINAL PAIN]
[十八週]明顯覺得肚/子宮扯住扯住痛
趁產檢時問過醫生,佢一聽就話「哦,你呢類人係咁架」
我邊類人?
醫生話「瘦底 (多謝) 本身皮膚緊緻 (再多謝) 容易感覺到子宮擴大」

[WEIGHT GAIN]
睇睇上面的數字,我終於有「9字頭」的磅數啦 =]
我個weight chart條線,終於唔再向下耷而係慢慢爬升!
之後最好穩定地一星期重一磅…

至於腰酸背痛、水腫暫時未有,亦唔希望有 =p

  1. I had visited 孫醫生 on yesterday, really need to wait for 2 more hours, but he is so professional and nice, he advised me no need to book the hospital til 20 weeks and he is also available on my due date.

  2. 我聽日就32週la~
    我抽筋都好密,搞到老公半夜睡夢中都要起身幫我拉筋!
    宜家唯有抬高小腿訓同臨訓前按下對腳,咁樣會好好多!
    同埋宜家點瞓都唔舒服,左瞓阿b就郁郁郁,右瞓又係,平瞓又辛苦,
    成晚碌黎碌去,搞到老公都冇覺好瞓!

    1. 雖然話左訓最好,但我試過會搞到自己失眠,所以寧願用返自己最舒服的平訓
      我老公都投訴我碌黎碌去阻住佢訓!

  3. 我都幾好彩,兩胎都冇抽過筋,可能我不嬲打側訓,大肚唔係好影響到,上一胎我都勁流鼻血,個個月都有,今胎又冇事 wor, 不過成日鼻塞塞

    1. 人地都話兩胎反應可以完全唔同~無抽過筋都幾好,因為抽一次就會扯住扯住一兩日先退 >< 不過比起嘔已經好好!
